We encourage you to apply for this exciting role.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drafting, reviewing, and/or revising legal documents (agreements, amendments/addendums, etc.).</li> <li>Assisting any legal operations and contract matters, including but not limited to assisting contract negotiations with the partners/vendors.</li> <li>Handling day-to-day legal operations.</li> <li>Conducting research and due diligence for both for agreement reviewing or acquisition, merger and other corporate action.</li> <li>Updating legalities of the company's and its subsidiaries and establish a new subsidiaries.</li> <li>Overseeing the company's subsidiaries.</li> </ul> <p> <style type="text/css"> </style> <strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Law from a distinguished and reputable University</li> <li>Experience handling sales commercial division specifically for channel distribution legal related works</li> <li>Proficiency in business-level English is a non-negotiable requirement.</li> <li>A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.</li> <li>Demonstrate the capacity to thrive in high-pressure scenarios and navigate seamlessly through a fast-paced professional environment.</li> <li>A commitment to adhere to the Work From Office (WFO) policy in the Mega Kuningan area is expected.</li> </ul>
