This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in retail management, preferably with experience in recognized retail brands. Candidates with a background in the F&B sector who demonstrate strong managerial skills and customer service excellence are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance through effective team management and operational excellence.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and oversee the overall store operations to ensure optimal store performance and customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Lead a team of sales associates, including hiring, training, and development to ensure a high level of team performance and morale.</li> <li>Implement strategies to drive store sales, increase profitability, and achieve performance targets.</li> <li>Maintain high store standards and conditions while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.</li> <li>Manage inventory effectively, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock.</li> <li>Analyze sales figures, forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.</li> <li>Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring that high customer service standards are maintained.</li> <li>Liaise with the HQ on branding, marketing, promotions, and visual merchandising initiatives.</li> <li>Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profits.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or relevant field.</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in store management, preferably within fashion retail environments from top brands.</li> <li>Candidates with strong management experience in the F&B sector are also considered.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.</li> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in using retail management software.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
