The Company started its commercial operations in 1980.</p> <p> <style type="text/css"> </style> </p> <p>As the HR Director, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This encompasses areas such as succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. You will provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.</li> <li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.</li> <li>Manage the recruitment and selection process.</li> <li>Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.</li> <li>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.</li> <li>Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.</li> <li>Maintain pay plan and benefits program.</li> <li>Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.</li> <li>Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.</li> <li>Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or above.</li> <li>Proven 8+ years experience as HR Director or in a similar HR executive role.</li> <li>Having working background in automotive or heavy industry are preferred.</li> <li>Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.</li> <li>Knowledge of HR systems and databases.</li> <li>Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.</li> <li>Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li> <li>Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.</li> </ul>
