Join us to own a product that is impacting millions of lives in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.Job Description:Analyse, prepare and distribute various consumer listening reportsFind & analyse user sentiments & feedback on specific product, initiative or feature based on CS tickets & NPSConduct user studies & competitors analysis on an ad-hoc and BAU basisIdentify opportunities for feature improvements based on user needs, market conditions and competitorsRequirements:Bachelor's degree with 2+ years working experience (experience in CX or User Research will be an advantage)User-centric mindset with the ability to empathize with users' pain pointsStrong communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skillsGood comprehension of technology and comfortable working with technical tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, etc)Proven ability of task management, project management and prioritization to ensure a smooth operationAbility to analyse and gather insights from data to determine actionable items
