We are currently looking for: Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Quality Specialist Supports the quality aspects of non-destructive testing processes in the region, ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements. Job Descriptions: Establishes the appropriate NDT methods, techniques and procedures to be used at the plant. Ensures and maintains inspection capability of NDT equipment through: Approval of regional procedures (in line with Corporate procedures if available) on NDT issues such as reference standards, calibrations, equipment capabilities, operators training and qualification ensuring compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements. Monitoring compliance with mentioned documents. Monitors and manages NDT equipment qualifications and quality performance as required. Supports new NDT methods/equipment development. Provides specialized assistance on his/her area of expertise, e.g. technical queries, Quality Control Plans and Pre production meetings, definition of corrective actions, claim management. Participates in regional NDT organizations as applicable. To comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections and participate in the investigation process. Implement the preventive/corrective actions. Keep updated the risk analysis and the environmental aspect assessment. Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant major Valid ASNT or ISO9712 NDT Level 3 certification. Minimum 4 years experience in materials Non Destructive Testing, Quality, and industrial process. Excellent communication skills, having proficient English level both in written and conversation. Strong communication skill and leadership. Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Excel, access, word, etc. Locations: This position will be based in Cilegon.
