The company was named after its founders Albert Fezer and Gottlieb Stoll.</p> <p> <style type="text/css"> </style> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement sales strategy and activity plans in Indonesia accordance with cluster Southeast Asia (SEA) strategic direction.</li> <li>Strengthen respective industry that selected by the company.</li> <li>Lead the country team, set target achievement, set KPI to Key Account Manager and Sales Engineers.</li> <li>Join visits regularly with team to customers.</li> <li>Support global Key Account management & cross-border projects.</li> <li>Drive product development according to industry's requirements through industry segment platform (ISP) process.</li> <li>Implement pricing strategy.</li> </ul> <p> <style type="text/css"> </style> <strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor degree in Engineering field.</li> <li>5+ years experience as Sales / Key Account Management in Automation Industry, having network on handling in any industry.</li> <li>Sales managerial experience, having interpersonal skills to direct, monitor, coach, develop, and motivate team members.</li> <li>Hands-on knowledge in project management, general pneumatic products, automation including electro-mechanical technologies.</li> <li>Self driven and self motivation, able to work under pressure.</li> </ul>
