Our client serves as the fintech powerhouse in the region, providing comprehensive financial empowerment to millions of customers, including both users and merchants, across seven Southeast Asian countries. Our continually growing fintech ecosystem encompasses an all-in-one fintech app, merchant solutions, an AI-based lending business, and a cross-border payment platform. The Role Identifying potential new partners and developing new accounts. Build a new borrower pipeline to achieve monthly onboarding volume and value targets. Prospect for potential borrowers using various direct methods. Drive the entire sales cycle from initial borrowers’ engagement to closed sales. Establish relationships with new borrowers’ relationships before, during, and after the funding process to secure new borrowers' onboarding. Ensure legally binding commercial agreements are in place. Any other revenue-generating activities according to the Business Plan. Identification of risk compliance issues and how to mitigate. Coordinate with various departments and ensure smooth implementation. Ideal Profile Must have bachelor’s degree in any field/major 5+ years the managerial level working experience in a reputable Fintech/Banking company/FMCG, particularly in a Relationship Manager/Business Development/Sales Manager role is a must. Proven success in creating new partnership opportunities that yielded tangible results. Possess a network of potential clients in SME sectors such as FMCG, Telecom etc Deep understanding of the retail-FMCG, financial services, and technology industry Experience in negotiating and managing the commercial relationship.
