As their partner, we are assisting them in finding a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join their team.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve exceptional results.Utilize your experience in handling numerous teams to effectively manage and develop the sales force.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and exceed targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.Leverage your experience in media and agency companies to effectively position the agency's services.Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive prospecting and networking.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client success.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and drive sales strategies.Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to senior management.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to handle numerous teams effectively.Experience in media and agency companies or related fields, with a deep understanding of the industry.Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to drive sales growth, meet or exceed targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.Familiarity with digital marketing and technology solutions is a plus.
