Summary The Area Sales Manager ensures that all aspects in their regions are handled properly and timely. Responsibilities 1.  Manage Project Market within the area: a. Find New Projects: Aggressively find new projects, find out and approach the key decision makers. Use different resources è BCI, site visits and other external information. Specify the products as much as possible in every project by close coordination with the technical team. b. Follow Up, Maintain and Monitor Projects: Ensuring that the products specifications are used in all projects that have been specified. Ensuring that all material deliveries are correct and on time by close coordination with Depos and the Customer Service Department. Arrange necessary onsite training for applicators in the projects, coordinating with the technical trainer. Make visit plans and execute them accordingly to avoid the spec change during construction stage. 2. Maintain relationship with Distributors: Monitoring all deliveries to distributors and projects to be received safely, timely and correctly. Regular visits and keep good communication with them. Monitor their sales progress including the given targets and sit with them to evaluate the problems and find solutions. 3. Monitor and develop retail market within the area: With the team, find and manage new retailers and wholesalers. Monitor competitors’ activities including price movement and promotions Maintain existing retailers & wholesalers with their applicators. Propose necessary promotion programs in the area and coordinate closely with Marketing and ensuring that the program reaches the end users. 4. Reporting & meeting: Provide regular reports required (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) on time and accurately. Update SPA and SES regularly and on time. Conduct regular team meetings to coordinate various aspects. Required Qualifications Minimum bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior, Civil, Management or equivalent. Minimum 5 years experiences in Building and Construction Projects in managerial level. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken & written) Master Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and power point) Excellent interpersonal relationship skills (leadership, communication,) Excellent Salesmanship and Team Player Pro-active; innovative; challenging (always put at stake existing tools and methods); propose solutions; anticipate, responsible and passionate. Loyal, discipline with good planning and time management with high respect in confidentiality. Possess car driving license – excellent driving skill. Excellent Managerial skill including delegation skill. Excellent Safety Mindset and Leadership with Leading by example attitude.
