We believe in the value of empowering Deputy Head of TPA Relations and Provider Management with the resources to solve critical problems for the future of our business, which is why we need you.ResponsibilitiesSupport Head of Provider & TPA in building a solid foundation for administrating health insurance, with strong focus in collaborate with Third Party Administration for indemnity product and services. Lead, plan and ensure smooth transition for any new product launching, transformation initiatives, covering agreement, risk assessment, data migration and product knowledge and communication to relevant stakeholders.Build and design solid foundation for administrating health insurance by managing TPALead weekly working group meeting with TPA, review TPA Steering Committee meeting material and ensuring it covers any new initiatives, problem/complain and address the best solutionsIn annual basis, review TPA agreement and enhance as necessary according to the needContinuous work with TPA to implement new initiatives in providing higher value for Health productCollaborate and work closely with TPA to ensure administrative process is meet agreed SLA, continuous review and improve administrative process for better customer experience.Join data analytic with TPA to provide better insight and use the information to improve cashless process from registration, monitoring to discharge process. Monitoring and tracking to achieve “payright” / “cost containment” by ensuring Case Management Team from Manulife and TPA work closelyWork with Health Product, Pricing and Health Strategy team in designing health product, provide TPA insight and challenges to ensure more innovative and effective health product designCommunicate and socialize any changes, new process to Distributions relate with TPAWhat motivates you? Knowledge of Provider and TPAStrong driver and leadership skillEffective communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong data analysis and interpretation abilities.Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.What can we offer you?
