SHF Coordinator West Region JOB PURPOSE A Smallholder Farming Coordinator serves as the coordinator for Better Life Farming Project to develop business under commercial and sustainability platform in the partnership areas and development areas in collaboration with commercial team. Implementing an integrated and strategic campaign under local need base is one of the success keys. Reaching the business target on the sell out level. Reaching target under sustainability goals such as agri-entrepreneurs (Better Life Farming Centers), smallholder farmers and woman empowerment to have better productivity and quality; better income and generate benefit for partners and Bayer through facilitating smallholders to have better access to knowledge & tech.; to market; to financial institutions; and to business risk mitigation.
