Assist Head of HR to prepare required documents to renewal legal documents of the expatriates. Monitor attendance record and leave of the employees Monitor and renewal Businens License of the company Monitor and renewal Certificate of Expetise of the engineer Update activity report of the company to be submitted to BKPM Monitoring office needs and vehicle operational Assist BD department to fulfill required CVs Minimum from Diploma degree in related field. Have work experience in the related field would be preferable. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with internal departments and external customers. Strong interpersonal, supervisory, negotiation, and customer service skills are required. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, …) Good communication in English
