Enjoy a distinct shopping experience at the nearby Grand Indonesia Shopping Town and Plaza Indonesia.Job DescriptionSummary of Responsibilities:Reporting to Director of Sales and working closely with Food & Beverage Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to the Revenue,Responsible for planning, promotion and managing all Wedding and Social eventsReceive and convert incoming inquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenueSeek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the TeamManage an events schedule to maximize yieldFocus on a consistently executed up-selling approachBe aware of trends and propose ideas to build the range and quality of Catering &Events, consistently wowing our guests with creative and innovative ideasBuild strong relationships with customers and to fully understand their needsArrange and carry out Hotel show roundsEnsure the complete administration and execution of all planned events to full satisfaction of clientMaintain exceptional levels of guest serviceEnsure compliance of brand standardsEvaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvementParticipate in hotel promotional activities.QualificationsQualifications:Experience in 4* / 5* hotel propertyEstablished Network of vendors and clients also exhibitorPrevious experience in Wedding, Conference & Events with experience in the sales sectorGood organizational and administration skillsPositive attitude and good communication skillsCommitment to delivering a high level of customer serviceKnowledge of the hotel property management systemsQualification, degree, or certification in a relevant fieldProficiency in English is a must
