Description :Procurement Strategy : Manage the development and implementation of the overall Procurement Organization Strategy in close collaboration with the CPO.Oversee the Procurement Organization’s Vision, Mission & Core Values in alignment with GAR’s overall business objectives with validation from the CPO and the GBS Lead.Manage the development and enhancement of the Procurement Operating Model across people, process & technology with validation from the CPO, GBS Lead and HR.Lead the definition of future Procurement roles in conjunction with Procurement Leadership.Procurement Systems :Lead the definition and analysis of requirements for new and/or existing Procurement tools & systems with support from the Procurement Excellence Team.Manage the selection and implementation of leading Procurement tools & systems to improve the end-to-end Procurement process.Service Management & Continuous Improvement :Drive the development of the Procurement Plan and Business Objectives, including a list of initiatives to improve the capability of the overall Procurement Organization.Lead the implementation of the Procurement Plan and ensure appropriate Procurement support for other relevant cross-functional projects as required.Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and increasing overall process effectiveness.Ensure best practice and knowledge sharing with the Procurement GBS Organization.Managerial Accountabilities :Ensure high quality and accuracy of work and service by Procurement Excellence Team through regular review, checks and approval.Maintain thorough knowledge of all aspects of Procurement-related matters.Provide leadership, coaching, counseling, training and guidance to Procurement Excellence Team so they can proactively carry out their role to the highest possible standard.Resolve strategic and operational issues and escalate to the CPO as necessary.Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships as well as effective communications with internal stakeholders across the Procurement function, Procurement GBS, Business Units and other cross-functional stakeholders.Audit Support :Support auditors and legal authorities with required information.Job Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Operations Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance or other related fields.Experience of 10-15 years experience in sourcing & procurement.Extensive knowledge in Procurement System.Experience working in a large multinational corporation or local conglomerate is preferred.A recognized qualification in procurement or project management (e.g. PMP) is considered an asset.Proficiency in English and Bahasa is essential .Ability to identify value creation opportunities and build implementation business cases.Ability to deliver technical and process value lever projects.Ability to maintain an accurate pipeline of vallue creation opportunities including benefits calculation.Ability to execute engagement strategies including segmentation, risk, performance, and development.Ability to leverage procurement applications and master data management in procurement work.Ability to build internal long-term relationships and engage with stakeholders.Ability to support customers through effective communication and behavior.Ability to effectively apply processes & policies and motivate procurement people to be compliant."Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person."
