Geo Analytics Strategy Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Geo Analytic Strategist to join our dynamic team at XL Axiata. As an expert Geo Analytics Specialist at XL Axiata you’ll deliver analytically-informed, issue-based solutions that help stakeholders including business & technology make faster, smarter decisions. You will design, implement and own frameworks for Investment Prioritization for network, FTTH and enterprise based on actual facts, trends and forecasts. Your position would be the key in defining the company’s actionable plan. Responsibilities: Investment Prioritization Frameworks: Utilize data and tools to perform in-depth analysis of Mobile, FTTH network coverage, performance, customer behaviour and build framework for intelligent CapEx, OpEx utilization. Identify opportunities for Mobile, FTTH, Enterprise business expansion based on geographic insights. Make business cases for investment by projecting revenues/benefits Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives. Provide geospatial insights to support the development of market expansion strategies. Make frameworks at City/Kecamaten level to identify expansion/upgrade opportunities in mobile, FTTH and enterprise businesses Network Expansion & Optimization: Analyze network performance metrics and propose optimization/upgrades strategies to enhance service quality and customer experience. Work closely with network engineering teams to implement optimization & Expansion recommendations. Competitive Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis using geospatial data to identify market trends, competitor strengths, and areas for differentiation. Stay informed about industry developments and technological advancements in telecommunications. Data Visualization: Create visually compelling and insightful maps, charts, and reports to communicate complex geospatial data to diverse stakeholders. Develop dashboards for ongoing monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators. Make presentations to present work and take approvals from management Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, network engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to integrate geospatial insights into various business functions. Qualifications: Have minimum 3+ years of experience in relevant field in Telecom Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field. Proven experience in geospatial analytics and strategic planning, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Proficiency in Ms Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau, ArcGIS or similar platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with telecommunications network architecture and technologies. Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
