What Will You Do: Assist in the development and delivery of sales training programs for the sales team. Collaborate with the sales capability team to create educational materials and resources. Participate in training sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of sales processes. Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Work closely with the sales operations team to streamline and optimize sales processes. Identify areas for improvement in the sales funnel and propose actionable solutions. Assist in implementing new tools and technologies to enhance sales efficiency. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support. Collaborate with sales representatives to gather feedback on sales processes and tools. Assist in the coordination of sales events, meetings, and presentations. Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales processes, guidelines, and best practices Create and update sales reports for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of presentations for sales team training. What Are The Requirements: Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data. Comfortable working with spreadsheet software and data visualization tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas and information clearly and concisely. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Comfortable interacting with individuals at various levels within the organization. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Genuine interest in sales processes, strategies, and business development. Eagerness to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of the sales team.
