Tasks Serve as the main point of contact for the Company and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with exceptional customer service. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships and understand the client's business objectives, trading strategies, and specific needs to provide tailored solutions and support. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our services/products to the client, including onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services/products to the client to drive revenue growth. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations to the client. Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to the client, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the sales team to develop account plans and strategies for expanding our business with the client. Requirements Demonstrated experience in account management or client relationship management, Proficient in English with excellent communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients across all levels. Goal-oriented mindset focused on enhancing client satisfaction and driving revenue growth. Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client relationships and tracking account activities.
