We’re after you with all your you-ness.     About the role   Reporting to the SPA Manager of Kupu Kupu Spa and Blow Bar Salon, you will be a professional team member in the Spa receptionist section, providing the highest level of service, which is unique and personal, and supporting the team to achieve outstanding performance, consistently. You will greet guests and assist them fully to the highest of standards. Something special is going on here – this is your opportunity to be part of it from the very beginning…   The Shiny Happy Person Develops spa services knowledge by learning about all of the resort’s spa services You may be employed with the intention of initially having you focused exclusively on Spa treatments or Spa Reception dependant on your previous experience & natural ability Greeting guests with direct eye contact and a smile Utilize each of the rooms and provide information to guests about the services offered in the Spa in Kupu Kupu Spa & Blow Bar Salon Provide updates and accurate information regarding spa policy, any supplemental information, which will increase associates’ knowledge base and effectiveness in the performance of their duties Confirms spa services and scheduling by greeting guests, reviewing reservations and making necessary changes Has working knowledge of P.O.S. (Tevalis) system and Opera systems.
