Tasks In charge of the daily management of social media profiles, including but not restricted to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Tiktok. In charge of scheduling and monitoring the timeline, as well as making sure the right posts are uploaded on time. In charge of actively replying to all messages or comments from the social media audience by each brand's guidelines and instructions. Create and manage Ad boosting/promotion strategies on all social media platforms effectively and efficiently. To make recommendations and oversee coordination with key opinion leaders, communities, and brand ambassadors. Create monthly reports, which should include KOL and ad-boosting information. Make suggestions to the team regarding copywriting (captions) and content. Requirements A candidate with knowledge of the Forex industry is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content. Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to interpret data to drive strategy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
