Identify and address key client needs, contributing to and supporting the innovation process within the minerals and gemstone sector. Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks, harmonizing client requirements with organizational objectives specific to the minerals and gemstone industry. Execute the implementation of business plans and strategic initiatives tailored to the unique dynamics of the minerals and gemstone market. Requirements Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Strong organizational abilities and great attention to detail. Previous experience and interest in the minerals or gemstone field are highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with industry terminology and practices. Demonstrated expertise in B2B client communications and relationship management within the trading/commerce and minerals/gemstone industry. Ability to adeptly manage client relationships and navigate intricate scenarios specific to the minerals or gemstone industry. Knowledge or experience in trading and commerce within the minerals or gemstone market is a huge plus. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, with a focus on minerals, gemology, or related disciplines preferred.
