Research and Development Head

Position: R&D Head Company Overview: Our client is a global company in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry in Indonesia.  Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced R&D Head to lead our research and development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development and a proven track record of successfully bringing new products to market. As the R&D Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's research and development efforts and driving innovation within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the research and development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success - Develop and implement R&D strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives - Identify new product opportunities and lead the development process from concept to launch - Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and stay ahead of industry trends - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure product success - Manage the R&D budget and resources effectively to maximize efficiency and productivity - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology to inform product development decisions - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards for product development and launch - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D team Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred) - Minimum of 8 years of experience in research and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role - Proven track record of successfully launching new products to market - Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies - Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills - Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions - Experience in the HR consulting industry is a plus If you are a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for innovation and product development, we want to hear from you.
