They provide warm, professional, and personalized service to restaurant guests. The F&B Guest Experience Executive acts as the first point of contact for guests, warmly welcoming them, managing reservations, and guiding them to their tables. With a keen eye for detail, the hostess ensures the smooth flow of dining operations, coordinating with the culinary and service teams to deliver impeccable service. They possess excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of the hotel's dining offerings, ensuring guests receive personalized recommendations and assistance.QualificationsCandidates for this position must have a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related fields will be preferred. Previous experience in similar positions is highly desirable, particularly in high-end dining establishments. Excellent communication skills, fluency in multiple languages, and the ability to provide exceptional guest service while handling difficult situations are necessary. In addition, they must have a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage, including menu items, ingredients, and dining etiquette.
