Our dedicated employees take pride in their commitment to improving patient outcomes while delivering world-class customer service.Purpose of the roleWe are looking for a proven sales personality who can inspire, train and drive our distribution network in the region for selling our devices in hosptial and emergency serviesEssential FunctionsManage ang grow ZOLL's distribution network in IndonesiaDevelop strategic plans to maximise profits in conjunction with our external partnersIdentify new potential opportunities, servicing existing accounts and identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)Responsible for ITQ, tender preparation and tender interviews with product demonstration during the whole tendering process.Regularly visit our distribution partners and join them at relevant business meetings and trade shows..Analysis of competitors and develop plans to grown ZOLL's market share in the regionRegular written reporting structuredSkill Requirements:Relevant college education or clinical backgroundExperience with distribution networks and how to manage themMore than 3 - 5 years in the Medical Device industry selling Medical Equipment’sDetail-oriented, independent, and hardworkingProven ability to excel with limited supervision, but willing and able to seek advice and guidance as and when required.Willingness to take ownership of task assigned and strive for continuous improvementWIllingness to travel within the region when necessary approx 50% of the timeExperience working for a matrix organisation and with CRM systemsZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
