Job Description - Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability for apprenticeship programs.- Evaluate candidates based on predetermined criteria and requirements for placement in Japan.- Review and verify documents related to the apprenticeship, including PKWT, NDA, CVs, and other relevant paperwork.- Ensure all documents are accurately completed and compliant with company standards and legal requirements.- Provide guidance and support to apprentices in completing and submitting necessary documentation.- Collaborate with LPK or training centers to oversee the training process of apprentices before their departure to Japan.- Conduct periodic checks to ensure apprentices are meeting training objectives and requirements.- Address any issues or concerns raised during the training period and provide necessary support and guidance to apprentices.- Maintain regular communication with apprentices deployed to Japan to ensure their well-being and performance.- Address any challenges or issues faced by apprentices during their tenure in Japan and provide necessary assistance and support. Job Requirement ・A minimum of 3 years of experience working at a LPK, or has previous experience as an apprentice in Japan.・Possesses a JLPT N3 certification or higher,・Proficient in English at a business or intermediate level・Able to perform administrative work
