An opportunity to work for an organization with : o Work in a fast-paced, energetic, action-oriented, and stimulating environmento Be part of a dynamic and supportive teamIn this role, you get to lead the business as a market or solution leader to achieve business goal and contribute to organizational success and support business strategies of the identified clients.You can also look forward to:o Act as a strategic business partner and be a trusted advisor to the client, focus on expanding the business and client relationships especially with the key people, specifically on Executive Remuneration related areas.o Lead large size/complex project and accountable for project delivery such as timeline, work approach and stakeholder communication etc, in order to ensure the project management on time, quality and budget, specifically on Executive Remuneration related areas.o Act as a technical expert in one or more of the HR solutions or act as industry expert.o Perform as an effective leader and coach to the more junior consultants.We are seeking a highly motivated candidate who has excellent interpersonal skills with client centricity and growth mindset, high analytical thinking and strong oral and written communication skills.
