What you will do: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers  Identify and understand the unique needs and challenges of our partners and their ecosystem players. Proactively develop and propose strategic initiatives to deepen partnerships and drive mutual growth. Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing between our company Stay current on industry trends and innovations in lending and fintech. Develop and present compelling proposals and marketing materials to partners and their ecosystems. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner relationships and ecosystem growth. Requirements What we are looking for: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field. Proven track record of building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and partners. Deep understanding of the lending industry and/or fintech landscape. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
