Job Description The Creative Director has full responsibility for the creative management of the brands with which they are entrusted ‐ the creation, presentation and execution of innovative and daring communications campaigns for our clients. It is a key role in terms of delivering success for our clients and maintaining and growing a strong and mutually profitable client/agency relationship, but also in helping to build the agency's creative reputation.You will lead the work on some of the most popular consumer brands in the world, impacting the daily lives of nearly 2 billion people in the fastest-growing region in the world. You will work for clients who not only care about success in the marketplace but are passionate about the role of brands in helping bring about social change.Expectations of a Creative DirectorLead group brainstorming/concept development sessionsLead and inspire creative teams to develop innovative design solutions, from broad concept development through implementationProvide clear constructive direction on content and design solutionsLead creative and production teams to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and articulate design principles and guidelines for implementationSet and manage client expectations regarding design process and deliverablesIdeate, craft, and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives, or goalsIs responsible for the proper placement, context, and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignmentExtend client relationships and explore new ways to deliver valueDevelop creative ideas that meet both our clients’ objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company’s expected levels of creative excellence and professionalismPresent, share and review creative work with CCO, Account Management and Planning Leads as well as members of the Management TeamManage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendorsCollaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic workManage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendorsParticipants in, and leads brainstorming sessionsYou will report into an Executive Creative Director and/or Chief Creative OfficerExpectations as a member of our communityYou believe passionately in the power of creativity to bring change to the world.
