Development Specialist (Retail Store)

Originally from China, it has since expanded to numerous countries including Indonesia. An international lifestyle brand, it offers consumers a one stop solution for numerous products ranging from skin care, make up, snacks, toys accessories, daily use products, household appliances and other items.  Job Responsibilities: Responsible for planning and coordinating the store opening plan of the project, guiding and responsible for the company's store location selection and shopping mall negotiations, and responsible for the regional store opening indicators; Collect regional market information, sales data in each country, distribution information of competing brands in business districts, etc.; Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with large and medium-sized shopping malls, and be responsible for overseas shopping mall entry negotiations and strategic cooperation; Optimize the assets of stores operating stores 3 months after opening, promote stores to reduce operating costs, and optimize store Ebitda. Job Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in store expansion, familiar with the development status of the fast moving consumer goods (new retail) market; Those with overseas market resources, able to complete negotiations, settlers and Southeast Asian resources will be given priority; Rich experience in store expansion and location selection, guiding the company in its expansion work; Have strong public relations skills, negotiation skills, coordination skills, and clear logic; Ability to withstand strong work pressure.
