What Will You Do: ​​​​​​​ Recruitment & Acquisition : End to end Recruitment. Identify workforce needs, design recruitment processes, evaluate candidates, and make appropriate selections to fulfill available positions. Employee Administration : Manage employee administration data through HRIS Talenta. Compensation & Benefit : End to end Payroll. Design and manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, health insurance, and other incentive programs. Employee Performance : Develop performance evaluation systems, structure individual and team goals, provide feedback to employees, and design development programs to improve employee performance. Policy & Compliance : Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures that are in accordance with labor law and organizational needs. Industrial Relation : Handling good relations with employee, managing collective negotiations, and handling industrial relations issues. General Affairs : Responsible for the maintenance of office assets and facilities. What Are The Requirements: Min S1 in related fields. Min 3 years experience as HR Generalist, Payroll, & Recruitment. Have in-depth knowledge of labor regulations and laws. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization. Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that contribute to organizational success.
