Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.Understand clients' business challenges and objectives, and tailor solutions to address their specific needs effectively.Demonstrate a deep understanding of the products and their value proposition. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.Create compelling sales proposals and presentations, showcasing how these solutions can solve client challenges and deliver tangible ROI.Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and facilitate contract discussions to close deals successfully.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including forecasts, market insights, and sales performance metrics.Qualifications:Proven track record of 3-5 years in B2B enterprise sales, preferably with experience selling ERP software solutions.Self-driven and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.Strong understanding of the IT software industry and used to connect with retail players in the marketExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
