What Will You Do: Responsible in monitoring administration process running smoothly in Finance and Accounting Department Supervise AR/AP transaction and general ledger Monthly reconciliation for accounting journal Coordinate with other department related with sales and purchase transaction Establish finance and accounting policies and procedures to align with company's goal Manage the accounting function in processing data and information to produce financial reports needed by the company accurately and on time. Prepare budget and financial report regularly (google sheets, financial statement, etc) Requirement: Bachelor’s in Accounting Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax as Supervisor Advance computer skills (Ms.Office, Accounting software, database, spreedsheet) Strong understanding of accounting principle and tax regulation Good communication and managing the team Proven ability of analytical and critical thinking Detail oriented and time management Experience is using Journal ID system Willing to Join ASAP Powered by JazzHR
