Dept. Head of Commercial (EB Insurance)

On behalf of a notable general insurance company in Indonesia, Monroe Consulting Group is looking for Head of Corporate Relations. This role will be based in Karawaci, Tangerang. Job Description: Develop work programs aligned with departmental achievement targets in accordance with company growth objectives.Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to Employee Benefit clients, including direct renewal, agent, broker, and branch matrix accounts, to meet predetermined policy renewal premium income targets.Implement client services according to service level key indicators and performance metrics.Develop, implement, and provide input to leadership on client retention programs.Present claim reports and statistical data accurately and punctually.Proactively follow up, monitor, and take necessary actions for policy renewal efforts.Provide feedback to Medicare departments regarding service quality and contribute to service improvement efforts.Develop and optimize resources, monitoring work and team productivity standards.Enhance collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to improve client service quality.Lead and coordinate team activities within designated authority to achieve departmental objectives.Willingness to undertake additional tasks as needed to support company needs and development.Requirements: Minimum 8+ years of experience in corporate sales, corporate relations, or related roles in Insurance industry (general, life, insurtech) Have in depth experience managing employee benefit products & programs English skills are a must
