Apartment Business Manager

Work from property (90% of the time) to be able to clearly understand the property business, operations, guest experiences, and closely monitor daily operations in Apartment Acquire new Apartment Property partner from multiple sources (individual owners, agency, building management, developer, etc.) Acquire new room inventory from existing Property partners Achieving Property Business & Operational Performance targets Activate New property with proper onboarding & training Prevent property churn by ensuring great partnership experience Resolve operational issues to ensure great experience for Partner & Guest Ensuring overall segment growth through impactful initiatives Build, maintain, and continuously improve the relationship of property for Apartment segment Ensure long-term win/win business relationship. Act as trusted consultant for property owner & PIC Proactively propose operational initiatives and innovations to property owner in order to grow the business & deliver great experience to the guests Proactively provide actionable insights and recommendations to solve problems and to catch opportunities. Act as single point of contact for property owner & PIC Activate new property based on new property submission from Business Development Department Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Business, Economics and Science related majors are preferred Minimum 3 years work experience in a fast paced & demanding environment: Bank, Insurance, Property Technology Platform, Hotel, Business Consulting, E-commerce, Telco, etc. Experience working with senior decision makers Experience working in multinational environment is a plus Experienced working in Sales-oriented role is a plus Experienced working in Account Management Role / B2B Sales is a plus Good in Communication and negotiation and Problem Solving skilss Familiar with Business Acumen and Project Management Proficient in MS Excel Proficient in English oral and written
