DescriptionsCompany: PT Bizlink Technology Indonesia Location: Indonesia-Batam Responsibilities: Ensuring all IT services are meeting service level agreements, and issues are being resolved in a timely manner. Resolution should be well documented. Oversee the day-to-day IT operations in accordance to IT policies, SOP and technology standards including to support and deal with daily operation and IT stuff Managing all the IT Helpdesk/System/Network Management and drive all IT project implementation to support the business objectives Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support/hands on when necessary. Providing leadership in managing the infra team lead and members of the sites. Need to ensure company standard processes as well as policies and procedures are followed by all team members. At the same time, provide technical leadership on IT specific projects when needed. Drive continuous review and improvements across all operations processes as well as to lead or participate in any ad-hoc tasks and projects when required and ensuring deliverables for such tasks are on time and on budget Perform security risk reviews, update and maintain IT related policies & guidelines Develops and implements departmental budget. Performs other duties as required. Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science or related discipline Min. 10+ years' experience in IT and familiarity with local & manufacturing IT standards Experienced in Project Management with problem solving and strong analytical skills Possess with Certificate from CISCO would be an advantage.
