Our team in South Jakarta currently has an opening for a Maintenance Engineer YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Maintenance Engineer job profile Maintenance Engineer is a professional responsible for coordinating the activities during general maintenance and routine up keep of the company’s facilities and equipment. Maintenance Engineer is an ambitious, the drive, confidence, and determination to succeed. An excellent communicator with strong organizational and analytical skills and problem solving aptitude. Maintenance work must be performed effectively, and there must be a positive working relationship with the rest of the organization’s leadership. Maintenance Engineer duties and responsibilities ·Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facilities including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, corrective, predictive and preventive maintenance programs. ·Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation ·Coach, mentor, train and develop maintenance employees to meet current and future business requirements. ·Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues. ·Mechanical and electrical systems of machine and buildings to ensure functionality. ·Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities. ·Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary. ·Manage the maintenance expenses by ensuring best practices. ·Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities. ·Ensure compliance with health and safety policies. ·Build an upkeep long term relationships with contractors and service providers. YOUR PROFILE Qualification and requirements ·Previous working experience as a Maintenance Engineer for minimum 5 years ·Hands on experience in planning maintenance operations ·Solid understanding of technical aspects of mechanical, electrical systems etc. ·Applicable knowledge of facilities machines and equipment ·Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills ·Outstanding organizational and time management skills ·Minimum a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering ·Valid Certified Maintenance will be considered an advantage. ·Strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills ·Fluent written and spoken communication skills in the English language. ·Strong problem-solving skills ·Understanding of engineering and design principles ·Ability to read, understand, and create engineering diagrams such as P&ID’s, PFD’s, loop diagrams, isometric drawings, and others. ·Understanding of batch manufacturing processes is a plus.
