As their recruitment partner, we are assisting them in finding a skilled and knowledgeable Assistant COO to join their team.Key Responsibilities:Support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in overseeing the production flow of the contract manufacturing process.Possess a deep understanding of the production flow in maklon manufacturing, including knowledge of machines and equipment used.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient production processes.Assist in monitoring and optimizing production efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes.Actively communicate and engage with Mandarin and Chinese-speaking stakeholders, both internally and externally, as required.Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance productivity and meet production targets.Assist in managing and coordinating resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure timely and high-quality production.Support the COO in analyzing production data, generating reports, and providing insights to drive operational excellence.Requirements:Male candidate preferred.Strong knowledge and understanding of the production flow in maklon manufacturing.Familiarity with machines and equipment used in the contract manufacturing industry.Proficiency in Chinese language, with excellent communication and writing skills.Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Ability to work in Poris Plawad, Tangerang.
