Media.Monks is looking for a production-savvy Account Manager who will manage business accounts at the intersection of creativity and technology.Role & Responsibilities:You are the first point of contact for our clients, who seek Media.Monks for the strategy, creative and production of their digital and social campaigns. Initially you will manage our CPG client account and be part of the growth of that account and other potential accounts with other client/capability leads in APAC.You’ll work side by side with your clients and communicate regularly to set project expectations, negotiate deliverables and obtain updates on the client’s business – and proactively addressing Client and Agency problems. To engage new projects from the start, proposing transformational solutions, assess feasibility and driving change for your brands.You are also responsible for the monthly and quarterly forecast of revenue and delivery of these targets.The work is centered around creating innovative digital work across the customer decision journey, working on both product launches and brand campaigns.You will work closely with your internal team and external Media.Monks teams, providing business and consumer insight, to help deliver seamless, breakthrough, on-strategy, and on-time work.Manages go-to-market plan and calendar, overseeing multiple workstreams across channels.Requirements: This mid-level role requires someone with 5+ years experience managing business accounts in digital advertising or production; you have a proven track record managing high-value and volumes of interdisciplinary work.You can sell people on MediaMonks both in English and in one additional language in South East Asia: Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Bahasa Malaysia.You bring a broad understanding of what is needed to produce high-end content at a high pace in today’s always-on environment.You have a keen understanding of the (digital) business objectives of global brands and are able to quickly fathom a project’s challenges and what needs to be achieved.You don’t think in projects but in partnerships, developing the client relationship and work-streams milestones ahead.With the backing of our senior producers and tech directors, you need to be confident in managing the business of digital production projects in a fast-paced environment.With your strategic mind and presentation skills, you’re a natural at showcasing our cases, capabilities, and culture to (potential) partners.You make it your business to keep clients happy.You are an outgoing, sociable individual, ready and willing to help us socialise with clients and the team.#LI-HT1About Media.Monks:Media.Monks is the purely digital operating brand of S4Capital plc that connects 8,600+ digital natives across one global team.
