Job DescriptionThis role is in India & Emerging Asia business unit (IEA BU), focusing only on Indonesia. Overall focus is to increase LEGO brand awareness and engagement in Indonesia!This role is part of the BU marketing organization, which includesBrand/ Digital/ Trade Marketing – all reporting to the Marketing Director for the BU. There is also a regional APAC marketing team to support BU marketing efforts.Lead & influence a deep integration of the Digital agenda in marketing plans and activities by using the OESP (Owned, Earned, Shared, Paid) digital communication model to maximize brand awareness and engagementBe the subject matter expert for local digital marketing executions, helping create highly effective media plansManage the LEGO Group's social media account in Indonesia including the content calendarProvide guidance to the distributor partners in the development of impactful digital marketing campaigns linked to the aligned brand activation calendar and key insightsGather information regarding the distributors digital executions and share analysis back to LEGO SingaporeCollaborate with multiple stakeholders including internal Marketing sub-teams and regional Marketing teams in the LEGO group as well as in the distributor partnersDrive digital marketing objectives, analyze marketing results vs objectives, and be curious to learn from other business units & other brandsWhat’s in it for you?
