Are you looking for a challenging career move? We are currently looking for new students that can tag along and be part of a multicultural team within our HR team in Balikpapan or Duri. The successful candidate will support line management on HR tools and processes on topics including hiring, relocation, benefits, career development, performance appraisals, compensation and promotions. This is typically a 6-month training position that can mature into a position as a full-time employee. A mentor, a manager, a team leader with technical mastery in your area of study will give you best assistance, guiding you through your period of practical training with experience and advice. Minimum Job Qualifications Key competencies: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or engineering who wants to pursue career in HR. Fluent in English. Good Learning skills Good organizational skills Adaptability Team player Ability to communicate effectively and interact with, as well as support, effective partnerships with management, peers, and internal stakeholders.
