Job Details Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Coordinate and supervise all lifting activities in accordance with the lifting plan, ensuring safe lifting operations. 2. Create / update lifting plans and hazard identification risk assessment (HIRA), as required, for all lifting activities. Perform key role in Emergency response related to Lifting Operations. 3. Ensure that only qualified riggers and signalmen participate in any lifting activity. 4. Shift and stow pipes safely in multiple tiers while working at height. 5. Assist in Store operation such as simple packing, strapping, shrink wrapping or inventory stock check, when required 6. Prepare OSI Gate Pass upon joints completion of each shipment or material transfer that going out from OSI facility. 7. Inspect and maintain tools or lifting equipment required for the job, carry out proper housekeeping and follow safety procedures and work instructions at OSI facility. 8. Accept and perform any additional work-related instructions/activities, to the best of his ability, as determined by the department Supervisor/Manager. 9. Comply with OSI Quality Management System, OSI HS&E requirements, OSI HSE policy and the Code of Conduct. Qualification Requirements 1 Must possess a valid Lifting Supervisor certificate.(MOM Accredited Training Providers or WSQ approved Training Organizations) 2 Valid Forklift License will be advantageous.(MOM Accredited Training Providers or WSQ approved Training Organizations) 3 Minimum 5 years and above experience on Lifting operation or activities. 4 Ability to read and speak basic English is essential 5 Basic knowledge of Store/Logistics operation or activities would be advantageous, full training will be provided. Personal Attributes 1 Pro-active with good interpersonal skills. 2 Able to work independently and as a team player. Others 1 Ensure personal safety at all times and the safety of all others. 2 Must be prepared to perform overtime as and when required. 3 Must be prepared to undergo any additional internal or external training, as and when required.
