Job Description Manage and execute strategic marketing partnerships across different verticals Maintain relationships with key partner point of contact, including merchants and brand principals Able to collaborate and convers in multi-lingual discussion with partner point of contacts Collaborate with the BD Team to develop offline & online channel growth strategies to acquire merchants Drive the end-to-end strategic business development initiatives - identifying the potential Collaboration areas, formulating the partnership strategy, and ensuring the strategic commitments are fully optimized and delivered Generate insightful reports to measure performance across various partnership deals and continuously optimize upselling. Supervise and interact closely with various cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, engineering, and compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a related field with a proven track record of success Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Fluency in Mandarin, English,and Bahasa Indonesia. Outstanding execution skills coupled with analytical capabilities and attention to detail. Ability to plan, work to a structured timetable, and be focused on deliverables. Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). A self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team. Entrepreneurial, dynamic, and proactive, with a passion for learning and adaptability to new challenges.
