He/She conducts regular inspections of the guest rooms and oversees the public area of the hotel. He/She handles guest concerns and reacts quickly logging and notifying proper areas to service them.QualificationsCandidates for this position must have a minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in a five-star hotel. They are required to possess personal attributes and competencies that are essential for success in this task in a fast-paced yet positive and caring environment. To be highly productive in the job, candidates must have computer literacy and be able to communicate in English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
