Job Description Job Description Create and execute a strategic sales plan for field sales that expands our customer base and extends the company's sales achievement. Lead a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets. Monitor field sales performance by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs. Conduct interviews with field sales candidates, set objectives, train and coach them (together with our Sales Trainers), and monitor their performances. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information and Technology, or related field. Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in Field Sales Manager (mandatory). Proven experience in in handling a minimum of 50 field sales, with a track record of successful sales performance. Result and sales-oriented with a strong focus on sales achievement. Proactive and initiative behavior at work. Strong people management and administration skills. Have experience in CRM for data analysis and daily activity reporting. Proficient skill in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word. Strong analytical skills. Coverage Area :  Jabodetabek & Jawa Barat
