Job Description:Compliance Responsibilities Assists in Identifying and mitigatecompliance risks throughthe use of multiple and continuous risk assessment mechanisms. Assists in Ensuring effective and efficient remediation and appropriate preventative action, in response to violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures and standards of conduct. Assists in implementing and monitor systems and procedures to ensure compliance. Identify and report to Head of Risk & Compliance on reviews undertaken, and on emerging compliance risks and issues that may impact Chubb’s business, in a timely manner. Monitoring changes in law and regulation and coordinating organizational responses in consultation with Legal Counsel. Assists in the Anti-Money Launderingprogram implementation and ensure effective implementation of AML-CTF controlsand measures. Manage compliance requirements in relationto anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions and OFAC, due diligence and conduct requirements. Assists in the periodicreview and update of the Chubb Compliance Asissts in preparing reports (External/regulatory & Internal) that are requiredfrom time to time. Ensuring appropriate monitoring and compliance of third partiesengaged in activities as a representative of Chubb. Assists in the process of reviewing and filing requiredregulatory licensing (product, etc) and other submissions required. Such other compliance activities (including Chubb group compliance initiatives) as required from time to time. Risk Management Responsibilities Assists in ensuring appropriate documentation are in place, including maintaining and updating (as relevant) the Risk Management Framework, Risk Committee Charter and internalcapital risk assessment process. Assists the business to identify, evaluate, and assess potential risks and/or areas of concern, and ensuring proper controlsand mitigation plans are in place. Also manage and have business units report key risk indicators and emerging risks in tothe Head of Risk & Compliance. Ensuring risks are capturedwithin the risk system/ risk register, and the methodology of assessing, evaluating, and rating risks are undertaken in accordance with the Risk Management Framework and associated guidelines. Ensuring quarterly ERC meetings are held, and appropriate agendas, attachments, and minutes are completed, with reporting into Management, the Board and the Regional office being undertaken. Assists in risk improvement implementation through continual development of improved risk reporting, identification and follow up procedures and systems, appropriate changes to the Risk Management Framework and associated risk management policiesand procedures. Ensuring local regulatory, rating agency, audit and other external requirements are undertaken and complied. Requirements: Considerable general insurance and/or financial services company risk and compliance experience at a senior staff/supervisory level, preferably from multi-national company. Experience & knowledge of financial servicesregulation. Experience & knowledge of the principles of Enterprise Risk Management and related management of ERM implementation processes. Demonstrated effectivewritten and spoken communication, interpersonal skills to be capable of dealing with all levels of Chubb personnel aswell as external parties.
