Senior Finance Manager

What You'll DoFinancial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Lead financial data analysis to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide strategic insights to senior management.Develop financial reporting systems and controls to enhance information quality. Accounting Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.Manage general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.Implement and maintain internal controls over accounting processes.Prepare and review financial statements and variance analyses.Liaise with department heads to improve financial performance and cost control.Monitor changes in laws and regulations that affect accounting practices. Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow planning and ensure fund availability and implement policies for effective cash management. Audit and Taxation: Coordinate with external & internal auditors for the audit process.Ensure compliance with the tax regulations. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate financial results and strategies and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Team Leadership and Development: Report Line: Country Manager and Regional Finance Head Lead and develop the finance and accounting team of 11 members currently. Who You Are Minimum S1 From Accounting backgroundProven experience in overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.Willing to be located in BSD, Tangerang OfficeSolid background in managing accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to conduct detailed financial analysis.Strong leadership abilities with 5 or more years of experience in managing a team.Self-starter with commercial mindset who can work side by side to identify financial opportunities with Managing DirectorGood communication skills with high proficiency in EnglishExperience in the digital marketing and e-commerce industry.
