Technical Director (Data Center)

Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group is partnering up with an International Data Center Company in Indonesia. Our client is looking for a Technical Directorwith proven experience in Data Center Project Management and Construction. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.RESPONSIBILITIES:Liaise with local government and relevant authorities through appropriate channels to establish positive relationships.Oversee filing and approval processes for data center project planning, schemes, and construction designs.Manage permitting consultants to ensure timely completion of permits.Handle project construction land and approval procedures.Navigate national and local approval systems for planning and construction licenses.Coordinate review and approval processes with various competent departments.Facilitate major supporting procedures such as water, electricity, and gas for project construction.Ensure project delivery meets cost, time, and quality objectives.Implement best practices for document creation and management.Provide regular updates on permitting status and challenges.Perform additional tasks as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree or higher in construction, mechanical, or electrical engineering.Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction project approval and public affairs.Knowledgeable about local government procedures.Strong network connections within the data center ecosystem preferred.Local experience in Indonesia/Jakarta required; international exposure advantageous.
