We solve complex problems by finding integrated data-centric solutions from the first stages of engineering and consulting to the last stages of installation and commissioning. Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.What you’ll doOur Talent Acquisition Team is continuing to grow as we work closely with our leaders to find and attract amazing people for Worley.We are looking to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor in a fixed term contract role to work closely with our existing TA team across APAC. You will focus on a range of assignments based in Indonesia and across the Southeast Asia region. With a passion for problem solving and innovative thinking, you will be empowered to be creative in your approach to finding and attracting talent to Worley across a range of our business areas including engineering and consulting.Additional responsibilities will include: Deliver strong Talent Acquisition support (end to end recruitment) for a variety of Engineering, Power and Energy and Project Management based assignments by applying a search and selection methodology.Work closely with Worley Department and Business Leads to understand and tailor solutions to their talent acquisition challenges.Proactively build your talent network within the Energy, Renewables, Resources and Sustainability sectors.Enjoy working within a team who are passionate about all things Talent - attraction, retention, recruitment marketing and employer branding.About You: Bachelor's degree holder with at least 10 years relevant experience as an external search consultant, recruitment or internal talent acquisition professional in a hands-on delivery and partnership focused role.Working experience in Oil&gas or EPC industry will be an added advantage. An enthusiasm for problem solving and partnering with people to find solutions for TA challenges.A willingness to work as part of a close-knit team.
