The opportunityWe are looking good person in achieving total targeted product group’s target through distribution management and 3rd party marketing. Managing distributors in terms of distributor’s purchase and stock, product availability in the respective key channels/accounts. Managing & implementing product trading terms with distribution, Pull out programs and other sales activities. Working together with 3rd party marketing and distributors in developing channels and/or sub-channels.How you’ll spend your day Achieve KPI target targeted product/ product group, by channel and by distribution model in national wide Identify strategy and program, manage and implement the strategy with distributor / 3rd party marketing Manage the purchase of distributors to agreed stock level by forecasting & ensuring stock replenishment Managing stock level, availability & visibility of targeted in each channel Managing pull-out program such as merchandising activities, execution of trading terms with Distributor and evaluation Managing 3rd party marketing to meet standard performance and Ensuring the product availability at the targeted channels through the proper distribution strategy Making operational expense scheme, managing & monitoring operational expenses as efficient by not interrupting operational expenses which has already planed To have deep understanding of company compliance policies and ensure the implementation within the distribution business model and 3rd party marketing Ensure that all activities are compliance to QEHS policy Your experience and qualifications Bachelor Degree from reputable university, majoring in management, marketing or other related Minimum 3 years as Sales Manager / Key Account Manager, handling Distributor and customer, with marketing background. Has strong business equipment, specialty in ethical commodities & OTC products Selling skill, firm , strong leadership Sales management, channel management Analysis ability as well as negotiation/communication ability Computer Literacy and English Proficiency is a must Make a difference with Teva PharmaceuticalsPlease submit your CV and a Cover Letter.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
