As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in a company to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals. This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead J OB RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy Handle end-to-end talent acquisition for regional level, Management Trainee or Fast Track Program and other hiring projects Handle end-to-end internal hiring process Sourcing Strategy and Manage Sourcing Channels Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department and coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Determining selection criteria for each of the positions Design job specifications, case studies, assignments, interview questions, and hiring scores that reflect each position’s requirements Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events Generates company’s talent acquisitions weekly report and monthly initiatives Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry JOB REQUIREMENTS Min. Bachelor's Degree in all majors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Indonesia Proven of working experience as a Talent Acquisition or a similar role at least 3 years of working experience in Agri-input or FMCG company Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) Organized analytical, problem-solver with the ability to prioritize tasks A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills Impactful presentation style Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Creative thinker and proactive problem solver A positive, “can do” attitude
