Built on 2,4 hectares of land in 1998-1999. Four Seasons Residences is located in Setiabudi, just between Jalan Rasuna Said and Jalan SUdirman. Those two streets are the most important of the business district of Jakarta, with may prestigious office towers and hotels. Four Seasons Residences Jakarta has large Balinese-themed garden with several resort style pools and places to relax.The Residences Assistant Director of Finance overseeing the day to day operations of the Residential Finance Department and Maintaining the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations. Responsible for : - Approving purchase request for the expenses related to owner associate - Ensuring supplier invoices are paid in timely manner- Balance Sheet reconciliation on monthly basis with all supporting documents- Preparation for monthly board meetings with the Board of Owners Associations. - Handling queries from Owners regarding billing, payments etc- Maintaining the cash flow of owners associations- Guiding staff members of all department on policies, systems and procedures.- Handling all problems with respect to the accounting office
